Poor service with more staff chatting than attending to customers. Left after waiting 10 mins in line as barely anyone had been served. Opted for another place as there are 4 in March

Always opt for haddock, which is wonderfully large. Neither the fish nor chips are greasy. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend Shorts Fish Restaurant.

Fish looked good with crispy batter, but was dry and overcooked. Not an enjoyable experience digging through the batter to find dry fish. Tasteless mushy peas. Not inspired to return
